Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0757121A1] The alkaline or neutral bath, for electroplating with Pd (alloys), contains 2-25 g/l Pd as the di-amino-dichloro-Pd complex, at least one conductive salt, pref. also a buffer substance, a brightener and a wetting agent, and water. The bath also contains 0.01-1 mol. nitrite (NO2) per mole of Pd, in the form of an amino-nitrite complex.
