[origin: EP0757134A1] The tap body has cylinder guides (111) for the water feed pipes. A wall disc (2) is fitted into each guide to act as connection socket. A nipple (3) with spherical head (31) is held sealed and pivotable in the wall disc, for connection to a feed pipe. The nipple is eccentric to the wall disc jacket (23). A ball socket (211) with sealing ring (2111) in the downstream face of the wall disc base (21) holds the spherical nipple head. A thrust pad (4) with ball socket (41) keeps the head in its sealing position.
