Abstract (en)

The overflow tube (13) has fittings (19) above the water level (7) which when the cistern body (2) is overloaded, the air inlet into the overflow tube at the overflow opening is reduced. By forming of a closed flow in the lumen of the overflow tube, the outflow power is increased. The fittings consist of a cover which is fixed at a specific distance above the overflow opening and is plate-shaped. The cover extends over an upper edge of the overflow tube. Between the upper edge of the overflow tube and the cover is a ring-shaped gap. The distance between the cover and an upper edge of the overflow tube is approximately 6mm.

Der Spülkasten (1) besitzt einen Kastenkörper (2) und einen Deckel (3), in denen eine Ablaufgarnitur (11), ein Einlaufventil (4) und ein Ueberlaufrohr (13) untergebracht sind. Das Ueberlaufrohr (13) ist gleichzeitig das Ventilrohr einer Ablaufgarnitur (11) und besitzt über einer Ueberlauföffnung (18) einen Deckel (19). Bei einer Ueberfüllung des Spülkastens (1) vermindert dieser Deckel (19) den Zutritt von Luft in das Lumen (21) des Ueberlaufrohres (13) und bewirkt damit die Bildung einer geschlossenen Strömung im Lumen (21). Damit wird erreicht, dass mit einem wesentlich schlankeren Ueberlaufrohr (1 3) die gleiche Ablaufleistung erreicht wird, wie mit einem Ueberlaufrohr, das einen wesentlich grösseren Querschnitt besitzt. <IMAGE>
