The device has a piezoelectric actuator (7) and/or a magnetostrictive actuator and/or a shape-memory actuator. The device has a closure plate (61) with an interworking locking element (51), one of which carries the actuator. The closure plate is mounted on the frame in the door or window aperture and the locking element is mounted on the opening panel. The pref. movable closure plate, esp. a pivoting plate, engages behind the locking element, with the door or window in the closed position.

Es wird ein Türöffner beschrieben. Er weist eine mit der Schloßfalle 51 zusammenwirkende Türöffnerfalle 61 auf. Diese wird bei herkömmlichen Türöffnern über Haftmagnete oder Elektromotoren betätigt. Um einfacheren Aufbau und besonders kompakte Baugröße zu erhalten, ist vorgesehen, daß zur Betätigung der Türöffnerfalle 61 ein Piezoaktor 7 verwendet wird. Anstelle des Piezoaktors 7 kann auch ein magnetostriktiver Aktor oder ein Shape-Memory-Aktor verwendet werden. <IMAGE>
