Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kompressionsvorrichtung (10) umfassend einen Turbokompressor (1) mit einer Mehrzahl von Kompressionsstufen (1a,1b,1c,1d) sowie Zuspeiseströme (5b,5c,5d), wobei die Kompressionsvorrichtung (10) zum Betrieb eines Kältemittelkreislaufes, insbesondere mit einem Kohlenwasserstoffgas wie Propan, Äthylen, Methan oder ein Gemisch davon dient, wobei ausserhalb des Turbokompressors (1) eine Mischvorrichtung (8a,8b,8c) angeordnet ist, und wobei eine vorhergehende und eine folgende Kompressionsstufe (1a,1b,1c,1d) über die Mischvorrichtung (8a,8b,8c) miteinander verbunden sind, derart, dass der für die folgende Kompressionsstufe (1b,1c,1d) vorgesehene Zuspeisestrom (5b,5c,5d) in die Mischvorrichtung (8a,8b,8c) mündet, um den Zuspeisestrom (5b,5c,5d) mit einem Hauptstrom (6a,6b,6c) der vorhergehenden Kompressionsstufe (1a,1b,1c) zu mischen. <IMAGE>
