Abstract (en)

The hob has several cooking points (12) contg. heating elements in a heating zone (13,13a) and thermal insulation, esp. radiation cooking points, arranged inside a trough (14) of flat material, esp. sheet metal. The thermal insulation for each cooking point is separately mounted directly on the trough. The unit (11) forms a prefabricated, connectable component with an integrated control, regulation, monitoring and connection system which contains all the control, regulation, monitoring and connection devices as far as the mains system and any adjustment and input devices.

Eine Kochmuldeneinheit (11) mit einer Glaskeramikplatte und darunter angeordneten Strahlungskochstellen (12) besteht aus einer Blechmulde (14), in der mehrere Kochstellen (12) angeordnet sind. Diese bestehen aus in die Blechmulde eingelegten Heizelementträgern (23) mit darauf angeordneten elektrischen Heizelementen (25). Sie werden von Begrenzungsringen (28) umgeben, die aus einem gestaltfesteren Wärmedämmstoff bestehen als die Heizelementträger. Die beiden Wärmedämmformkörper (23, 28) sind mittels aus dem Boden (20) der Mulde aufgeformten Haltern unmittelbar an der Mulde festgelegt, ohne eigene Blechträgerschalen zu benötigen. <IMAGE>
