Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0757508A2] The hob has several cooking points (12) contg. heating elements in a heating zone (13,13a) and thermal insulation, esp. radiation cooking points, arranged inside a trough (14) of flat material, esp. sheet metal. The thermal insulation for each cooking point is separately mounted directly on the trough. The unit (11) forms a prefabricated, connectable component with an integrated control, regulation, monitoring and connection system which contains all the control, regulation, monitoring and connection devices as far as the mains system and any adjustment and input devices.
