[origin: EP0757959A1] The emission valve (2) has an expansion section (7) for foam formation and for transport of the foam. The second fluid (4) is accommodated in a compressible inner container. The first valve unit (5) is provided for the first fluid (3) and the second valve unit (6) for the second fluid (4). A first channel (11) of the first valve and a second channel of the second valve issue in a commencement area (13) of the expansion section. The second channel issues centrally or peripherally on an inner wall (20) of the expansion section. Several second channels are provided. The inner container is cylindrical and is provided with a piston (10) fed from the inner pressure of the pressure gas container.
