Abstract (en)
In an oil separator (3) under outlet pressure, a delivery flow to the screw compressor (1) is divided into a gas flow (31) and an oil flow (32). The oil flow reaches the screw compressor via a throttle position (25) and an oil inlet (10). Before the throttle position via a branch (11) a part oil flow (35) is fed for lubrication of bearings and/or shaft seals. The branch passes through an evapn. container (24), which on the gas side is connected via a conduit (23) with an intermediate pressure connection (14) on the compression path of the compressor, in order to feed the part flow with a pressure corresp. to the intermediate pressure to a lubrication connection (15) on the screw compressor.

Mit der Erfindung wird eine Verbesserung der Schmierung von Lagern und Wellendichtungen an Schraubenverdichtern (1) für Kältemittel mit kältemittellöslichen Oelen gezeigt. Eine typische Anwendung ergibt sich beispielsweise für Amoniak mit darin löslichem Polyalkylenglycol. Dadurch, dass dem zum Schraubenverdichter (1) zurückgeführten Oelstrom (32) vor der Druckabsenkung auf annähernd Verdichtersaugdruck ein Teilölstrom (35) bei einem Zwischendruck entnommen wird und über einen Ausdampfbehälter (24) geführt wird, können wesentliche Anteile von gelöstem Kältemittel bei einem Zwischendruckanschluss (14) auf dem Verdichtungsweg des Schraubenverdichters eingespiesen werden. Entsprechend günstiger sind die Schmiereigenschaften vom restlichen Teilölstrom am Schmieranschluss (16) und die Nachteile vom Druckzusammenbruch oder von Schaumförderung bei einer Oelpumpe entfallen, da keine Oelpumpe bei passendem Zwischendruck notwendig ist. <IMAGE>
