Abstract (en)

The device has a closed coolant circuit contg. a compressed gaseous coolant which is sucked out of a vapour drum (1) and compressed, then fed to a liquefier under high pressure. The liquid is extracted from the liquefier using pressure relief and fed to a vaporiser in which heat is extracted from a cooling medium by the evaporation of the coolant which is then returned to the vapour drum as a gas. The heat exchange surface of the vaporiser is in the form of a welded plate heat exchanger (5) and is mounted inside the vapour drum which is a pressure tight housing with an integrated vaporiser.

Abstract (de)

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Kälteerzeugung in einem geschlossenen Kältemittelkreislauf zur Kühlung eines Kälteträgers, insbesondere eines Wasser-Sole-Gemisches, wobei im Kältemittelkreislauf ein Verdichter gasförmiges Kältemittel aus einer Dampftrommel ansaugt und verdichtet und mit hohem Druck einem Verflüssiger zuführt, aus dem das flüssige Kältemittel nach einer Druckentspannung über den Flüssigkeitsraum der Dampftrommel einem Verdampfer zugeführt wird, in dem dem Kälteträger durch die Verdampfung des Kältemittels Wärme entzogen wird und aus dem das gasförmige Kältemittel erneut dem Dampfraum der Dampftrommel zugeführt wird, wobei die Wärmetauscherfläche des Verdampfers als verschweißter Plattenwärmetauscher (5) ausgebildet und im Flüssigkeitsraum der Dampftrommel (1) angeordnet ist. <IMAGE>
