[origin: WO9526749A1] The present invention is directed to a cryoprecipitated fibrinogen concentrate of native mammalian plasma comprising about 6 % to about 44 % solids content, wherein about 5 % to about 95 % is clottable fibrinogen, said cryoprecipitate having a viscosity of from about 80 to about 430 centipoises, and a tensile break force of about 1 to about 8 1b-f/in-w.
