[origin: FR2708258A1] The invention relates to a raising steps device characterised in that it comprises a set of vertically mobile elements (1, 2, 3) each one having at least two planes forming steps (1a, 2a, 3a) and risers (1b, 2b 3b), at least a first and a second motor (4, 5) allowing the first and last mobile end elements (1, 3) of the said set to be moved vertically, connecting means (6) interacting with the mobile elements (1, 2, 3) and allowing the vertical movement of the intermediate elements (2) upon vertical movement of the said first and last mobile element (1, 3), means (7) for controlling and synchronising the said motors (4, 5), the said connecting means (6) and the said control and synchronising means (7) making it possible to align the said steps (1a, 1b, 1c) in just one and the same essentially horizontal plane and thus form a platform and allowing the vertical translation of the said platform thus produced between a low position and at least one high position. <IMAGE>
