Abstract (en)
The mixer comprises a stationary housing which has a cylindrical or semi-cylindrical wall (4) and flat ends (2,3) and which encloses a straight fixed blade (12) extending lengthwise about one third radially outwards from the housing axis (5) and two generally helical blades (13,14) rotating close to the cylindrical wall. Bearings on the housing ends hold blade (12) stationary and allow blades (13,14) to be rotated by an external drive. Each blade (13,14) is supported by radial arms (16,17) at its two ends, the arms (16,17) subtending 120 degrees between them. The helical blades (13,14) are located symmetrically about an axis (5) and about the mid-point (15) of the housing.

L'invention concerne un pétrin de malaxage, notamment pour asphaltes coulés. Un tel pétrin comprend une cuve chauffée 1, entièrement ou semi-cylindrique, contenant une barre fixe 12 généralement rectiligne, disposée au voisinage du tiers du rayon de la cuve, et deux barres tournantes 13, 14 généralement hélicoïdales, disposées symétriquement par rapport au centre 15 de la cuve et à proximité de sa paroi cylindrique 4 et montées entre deux bras radiaux 16, 17 proches des parois terminales 2, 3 et faisant entre eux un angle d'environ 120°, les barres hélicoïdales et les bras radiaux portant des racleurs 34, 36. Utilisation notamment dans le domaine des asphaltes coulés. <IMAGE>
