Abstract (en)
The press's upper die (6) is indirectly connected with a vertically movable upper part (3) so as to move relative to it. A sealing mandrel (12) moves horizontally when this upper part moves. There is a hydraulic pressure chamber (20) in the mandrel. Hydraulic pressure is applied to the component (8) by the downward movement of the upper part over the mandrel. Preferably, the upper die is connected with the upper part by springs (40). The mandrel is displaceable by a wedge slide (34) under the influence of the upper part and supported on a counter bearing (32) fixed on a static lower part (2).

Die Vorrichtung umfaßt eine Werkzeugeinheit (1) mit einem Formwerkzeug (4) aus Untergesenk (5) und Obergesenk (6). Ferner ist ein Gehäuse (11) vorgesehen, in welchem ein Abdichtdorn (12) und ein Druckübersetzer (25) angeordnet sind. Ein Keilschieber (34) kann den Abdichtdorn (12) beim Absenken des Pressenoberteils (3) verlagern, wobei der Abdichtdorn (12) einen rohrförmigen Bauteil (8) im Formwerkzeug (4) abdichtet. Ferner wird durch das Absenken des Pressenoberteils (3) der Druckübersetzer (25) aktiviert und erzeugt den notwendigen hydraulischen Umformdruck im Bauteil (8). Das geschlossene Formwerkzeug (4) ist durch Federn (40) relativ zum Pressenoberteil (3) verlagerbar. Der Keilschieber (34) stützt sich an einem Widerlager (32) ab. <IMAGE>
