Abstract (en)
The tool has a supporting half (1), in which the thin-walled insert (3) fits. The half has a negative shape taking account of the insert thickness and corresponding to the shape of the sheet-metal components (5) to be produced by deep-drawing. The insert is secured to the half by a number of detachable fasteners (6) engaging with its edge. These can consist of bolts welded to the insert and fitting in mating mountings in the half, to which they are screwed. Two sheet-metal components can be deep-drawn one above the other without using an insert, one forming the insert and the other a sheet-metal component.

Ein Tiefziehwerkzeug weist eine in die Trägerformhälfte (1) eingelegte dünnwandige Formschale (3) auf, wobei bei der Negativform der Trägerformhälfte die Formschalendicke im Hinblick auf das durch Tiefziehen herzustellende Blechteil (5) berücksichtigt ist. Die Formschale soll austauschbar sein und ist hierzu mit mehreren an deren Randbereich (4) angreifenden, lösbaren Verbindungselementen (6) an der Trägerformhälfte befestigt. Insbesondere sind die Verbindungselemente als Schrauben-Bolzen-Verbindungen ausgebildet. <IMAGE>
