Abstract (en)
The strip of packing material (1) can be hot-sealed. It is shaped (18) into bags (3) filled (25) with a set weight of free-flowing material. A detector (33) is provided for variations in the filled height, a conveyor (21) indexing the bags through the filling station, detector and a folding and sealing station (26-28) over a support (31) whose height is controlled by the detector so that the bag sealing height matches that of the material in the bags. The feed conveyor (11) for the packing strip has a mechanism (41) applying a narrow transverse peel-off adhesive strip at intervals to the packing strip, so as to form the top seam of each bag. This mechanism is movable within set limits in the lengthwise direction under control of the detector, so as to bring the adhesive strip to the working height of the sealing mechanism. The control unit (35) of the detector can be connected to an adjusting drive (43) for the mechanism.

Eine Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Beutelpackungen hat eine Bahnzuführung (11), eine Beutelformeinrichtung (18), eine Fülleinrichtung (25) zum Befüllen der Beutel (3) mit jeweils einer Schüttgutmenge mit einem bestimmten Gewicht und eine Schließeinrichtung (26). Um die Verschlußnaht (8) der Beutel (3) peelfähig zu gestalten, wird auf die Innenseite der Packstoffbahn (1) in dem Bereich, in dem beim fertigen Beutel (3) die Verschluß-Siegelnaht (8) liegt, ein peelfähiger Kleber in Form eines schmalen Streifens (9) von einem Kleber-Auftraggerät (41) im Bereich der Bahnzuführung (11) aufgetragen. Da die Füllhöhe der Beutel (3) in Abhängigkeit mit dem spezifischen Gewicht des verpackten Guts schwankt, und dennoch prall gefüllte Beutelpackungen hergestellt werden sollen, bei denen die Verschlußnaht knapp über dem Füllspiegel (b) liegt, ist das Kleber-Auftraggerät in Abhängigkeit von der Füllhöhe (a) des Gutes in den Beuteln (3) in Längsrichtung der Packstoffbahn (1) verschiebbar angeordnet und mit einem Stellwerk (43) verbunden, das von einer Füllhöhentasteinrichtung (33) angesteuert wird. <IMAGE>
