Abstract (en)
The liquid to be filled into the bottles is contained in a circular tank (2) through which the vertical filling mechanism extends. The liquid has a controlled level (4) above which a gas, eg. CO2 is maintained at a controlled pressure. A level monitor (31) extends out of the gas control valve (21,22) which controls the amount of gas added to each bottle. No separate liquid filing nozzle is required with the liquid dropped into the bottle from the tank. Ring ducts and control valves regulate the filling cycle. The pressure in each bottle is reduced slightly prior to removal of the filling system.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Gefäßfüllmaschine mit einem Vorratsbehälter (2) für eine Flüssigkeit und ein Spanngas, an den mindestens ein Füllorgan (5) angeschlossen ist. Dieses weist eine Auslauföffnung (9), ein Flüssigkeitsventil (17), einen in dessen Ventilkörper angeordneten Spanngasventilkörper (21) und eine in diesem gehaltene füllhöhenbestimmende Sonde (31) auf. Diese ist gasdicht aus dem unteren Ende des Spanngasventilkörpers (21) herausgeführt. Hierdurch wird eine Gefäßfüllmaschine mit hoher Füllgenauigkeit, großem Einsatzbereich, günstiger Reinigungsmöglichkeit und geringen Herstellungskosten geschaffen. <IMAGE>
