[origin: EP0761894A1] The device has a flushing chamber, which discharges a flushing surge, when the reservoir is empty. The chamber is formed by a tank (9), open at the bottom, and may be lifted and lowered partially or completely. When in lowered position, the tank is sealed by the base of the reservoir (5), and is at least partially lifted off the base, when raised. The container may have a base, resting on the reservoir base, with a liftable container wall. It may also have a damper device to dampen the lowering movement, and an automatic filler device.
