A manual comprises a first tool (16) and a second tool(20). At least one of the two (16) can be moved towards the other by means of a drive. As a result, the fastening component (32), which lies in between, is deformed under pressure in such a way that it is fastened on the support material. The drive comprises a motor and a cam gear.

Es wird eine Vorrichtung zum Ansetzen eines Elementes an ein Trägermaterial beschrieben. Die Vorrichtung weist ein erstes Werkzeug (16) und ein zweites Werkzeug (20) auf, von denen zumindest eines mittels eines Antriebs (10) gegen das andere bewegbar ist, um das dazwischenliegende Element unter Druck derart zu verformen, daß es an dem Trägermaterial (30) befestigt ist. Erfindungsgemäß weist der Antrieb einen Motor und ein Kurvengetriebe auf bzw. ist eines der Werkzeuge derart in Richtung auf das andere Werkzeug vorgespannt, daß es bei überschreiten eines Grenzdrucks ausweicht. <IMAGE>
