Abstract (en)
The element has a tensioning lever (2) which slides through a spherical bush (4) at one end of a guide housing (1). The lever rotates about the centre of the bush, and executes a straight-line motion followed by a perpendicular movement, during a tensioning process. Two pressure chambers (17,18) are formed in the cylindrical bore of the housing, and are separated form one another by the wall of a tensioning piston (3). The latter has a hole which is closed at one end, and which is part of the pressure chamber which extends inside the lever. A wedge is connected rigidly to the piston inside this space, and forms a first incline (21) climbing continuously towards the pressure surface of the piston. A cap (12) with a rotating pin (13) is fixed on a similarly-aligned incline (26) on the lever. The pin has a flat (14) which slides on the first incline.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Spannelement zum Spannen von Werkstücken und dergl. auf Maschinentischen mittels eines Spannhebels, der im Innern des Gehäuses geführt ist und in einer drehbaren Kugelbüchse geführt ist. In einer zylindrischen Bohrung des Gehäuses sind zwei Druckkammern gebildet, die durch die Wandung eines Spannkolbens von ein ander getrennt sind. Der Spannkolben weist einen Innenraum in Form einer Sackbohrung auf, der zugleich Teil der einen Druckkammer ist. In diesem Innenraum ist der Spannhebel geführt und ein Keil angeordnet, der eine Schräge bildet. Der Spannhebel weist ebenfalls eine Schräge auf, die der Schräge des Keiles angepaßt ist. In die Schräge des Spannhebels ist eine Kalotte eingebracht in, der ein abgeflachter Druckbolzen gelagert ist, so daß die Abflachung auf der Keilschräge gleitet. <IMAGE>
