Abstract (en)

The device (1) connects at least one electric wire (9a) of an electric instrument surrounded by a casing (l2) with a corresponding conductor vein (7a) of an electric cable (7) located outside the instrument casing. A connecting part (4) consisting of metal is provided for each wire (9). Each connecting part includes a workable insertion sheath (4a) which forms an unsolvable connection (6) with the corresponding conductor vein. Each connecting part includes furthermore a section (4b) for forming a non-permanent connection (8), which is aligned with and opposed to the insertion sheath. All connecting parts are embedded firmly in a single part (2) of insulating material which comprises openings at opposite sides for the connecting wires and the conductor veins, respectively. The insulating part includes a stop-surface which enables it to be mounted to the instrument casing (20).

Bei einer Vorrichtung (1) zum Verbinden mindestens eines elektrischen Anschlußdrahtes (9a) eines von einem Gehäuse (12) umgebenen elektrischen Gerätes mit einer entsprechenden Leitungsader (7a) eines außerhalb des Geräte-Gehäuses (12) befindlichen elektrischen Kabels (7) mit einem aus Metall bestehenden elektrischen Verbindungsteil (4), das eine verformbare Einsteckhülse (4a) zur Bildung einer unlösbaren Verbindung (6) mit einer zugehörigen Leitungsader (7a) aufweist, sowie ein das Verbindungsteil (4) umhüllendes einstückiges Isolierstoffteil (2), das an gegenüberliegenden Seiten Durchführungsöffnungen für einen Anschlußdraht (9a) und die eine Leitungsader (7a) aufweist, ist im Isolierstoffteil (2) mindestens eine zusätzliche Öffnung (19) angeordnet, durch welche die Einsteckhülse (4a) von außen verformbar ist. Außerdem ist eine Anschlagfläche (15) zur Anordnung des Isolierstoffteils (2) an einem Gehäuse vorgesehen, die sich quer zur Achse (x-x) der Einsteckhülse (4b) erstreckt. <IMAGE>
