[origin: WO9404816A1] The invention concerns an internal-combustion engine air-aspiration system which includes an enclosure (1) with an inlet pipe (6) and separate suction pipes (2 to 5) which are connected to the cylinder head (Z) and open out in the individual cylinders, each individual air line being fitted with a valve. Connected to the inlet pipe on the enclosure is an air-supply and air-cleaning system (9). An air-supply pipe (7) is connected to the inlet pipe, the air-supply pipe extending, without mountings, into the enclosure coaxially with the enclosure. The outlet of the air-supply pipe (7) is disposed in a plane perpendicular to the enclosure side-wall at a point equidistant from the central axes of the separate suction pipes of the second and third cylinders of the engine.
