Abstract (en)
The drill has a measurement device (12) for the reaction torque connected to its electric drive motor (3). A control device (C) contains an evaluation unit (E) connected to the measurement device. The controller regulates the revolution rate of the tool holder (9) to maximise the reaction torque measured at the drive motor during drilling. The reaction torque measurement device (12) contains strain gauges or weighing cells which are mounted on the suspension for the electric drive moor within the drill housing. The controller regulates the speed according to stored reaction torque/speed range relationships.

Ein schlagunterstütztes Handbohrgerät, insbesondere ein Hammerbohrgerät besitzt ein Gehäuse (2), in dem ein elektrischer Antriebsmotor (3) für eine um ihre Längsachse kontinuierlich rotierbare Werkzeugaufnahme (9), eine mit dem elektrischen Antriebsmotor (3) zusammenwirkende Regelungseinrichtung (C) für die Umdrehungszahl der Werkzeugaufnahme (9), die über einen am Gehäuse (2) angebrachten Schalter (S) von aussen aktivierbar ist, und ein Schlagwerk (5) für die periodische Abgabe von axialen Schlägen auf ein in die Werkzeugaufnahme (9) eingespanntes Werkzeug (10) angeordnet sind. Der elektrische Antriebsmotor (3) ist mit einer Messeinrichtung (12) für das Reaktionsdrehmoment gekoppelt. Die Regelungseinrichtung (12) umfasst eine Auswerteeinheit (E), welche mit der Messeinrichtung (12) für das Reaktionsdrehmoment verbunden ist und über welche die Drehzahl der Werkzeugaufnahme (9) derart regelbar ist, dass das gemessene Reaktionsdrehmoment maximal ist. <IMAGE>
