Abstract (en)
The folder has two drive belts (40, 50), one with an upper twisted section (a) for folding, and the other with a lower flat section (a'). It is installed adjacent to an adhesive applicator with a wheel rotated by a shaft, and is in the form of a detachable module (100) with connectors for attaching to the folding machine frame. It has one or two driving drums (30) which control the trajectory of the belts and have couplings (32) for attaching them to the adhesive applicator wheel drive shaft. The module comprises a main vertical support with connectors on its outer face for attaching to the machine frame, and with the pulleys or drive drums on its inner face. The support also has an extension (21) for the twisted section of the belt (40) and a gripper and/or lifter (26) on its upper edge.

Un dispositif de pliage de découpe se présente sous la forme d'un module amovible (100) intégrant des moyens d'accrochage au bâti (10) de la machine, deux séries de poulies définissant avec un tambour (30) d'entraînement respectivement le trajet d'une courroie (40) comprenant une partie supérieure vrillée de pliage (a) et d'une courroie (50) comprenant, en correspondance, une partie inférieure plane (a'), et des organes de liaison (32) du tambour (30) à un arbre normalement prévu pour l'entraînement d'une roue encolleuse. Ce module est charpenté autour d'un support principal plan vertical (20) dont la face externe comprend les moyens d'accrochage au bâti de la machine, et dont la face interne (22) comprend les deux séries de poulies et le tambour d'entraînement (30) des deux courroies (40,50). <IMAGE>
