Abstract (en)
The dye bath consists of a fixed hollow chamber (1), basically cylindrical in shape, to hold the water and dyestuffs in the appropriate proportions, and a basket (2) to hold the materials to be dyed, having apertures (20) in its side walls to communicate with the chamber when it is plunged into the liquid by a transmission shaft (3) connected to a vertically reciprocating drive, such as a pneumatic cylinder or electric motor. The side walls of the basket are of a mesh material, and the basket has an additional outer protective layer of mesh (21) located coaxially with it to prevent any articles escaping from the basket. The lower edge of the basket has a ring seal (50) to make contact with the inner wall of the chamber. The upper end of the chamber has an annular duct (6) linked to an electrically-operated valve (7) and equipped with a series of injectors (6) for delivering cooling water to the container and for washing it.

Dispositif pour la teinture de matériaux textiles dans un corps fixe creux (1) fondamentalement cylindrique destiné à contenir un bain de teinture formé d'eau et de colorants en proportions prédéterminées, comprenant, en combinaison: - un panier (2) pour contenir les matériaux à teinter, dont la paroi latérale est pourvue de plusieurs lumières ou ouvertures (20) de communication du panier (2) avec la cavité dudit corps (1) et avec les bases supérieure (4) et inférieure (5) pourvues de lumières ou ouverutres correspondantes (52,51): ledit panier (2) étant positionable dans la cavité du récipient (1); - une transmission (3) commandée par un organe moteur correspondant (30) et relié avec la base supérieure (4) dudit panier (2) pour le mouvement vertical alternatif du même. <IMAGE>
