Abstract (en)
The assembly component consists of a vertical U-shaped member with sliders (a) on the outer surfaces of its arms which lie perpendicular to the plane of the U and engage with shuttering panels which can be made from any suitable construction materials, either insulating or not. The inward-facing surfaces of the shuttering panels have vertical channels to receive the sliders (a), so that the U-shaped members ensure an even gap between the panels which can be filled with concrete to make a continuously-cast wall. The panels are rectangular in shape and of an appropriate thickness, and their upper and lower edges are joined together by horizontal connecting pieces to create a shuttering assembly of the required size.

Dispositif de coffrages perdus consistant en des U verticaux (1) identiques, installés consécutivement entre des banches (2) (isolantes ou non) qu'ils maintiennent parallèles et dont les ailes opposées s'insèrent verticalement dans des gorges à contre dépouille (3) aménagées dans ces banches (2), la liaison horizontale entre deux banches (2) disposées verticalement l'une au dessus de l'autre, s'effectuant par le moyen d'inserts alvéolaires (6) encastrés à mi-épaisseur dans chacun des chants horizontaux (4) et (5) en contact de ces banches (2); ces inserts (6) présentent des logements (17) et (17') rapportés sur leur face interne, logements (17,17') qui après liaison horizontale des chants, restent à l'extérieur des faces internes des banches (2) opposées pour servir à cliper et verrouiller les sommets des ailes des U consécutifs, afin d'obtenir un contreventement parfaitement robuste avant coulage en continu entre les banches (2). <IMAGE> <IMAGE>
