Abstract (en)
A shaped reflector comprises a plastic film having a reflecting layer and fixed to a support. The support is a steel sheet coated with a layer of lacquer. Also claimed is a light having an optical assembly comprising different optical components based on the claimed reflector. Pref. the steel sheet is coated with lacquer on both surfaces. The plastic film has a steel protective coating which contacts the layer of adhesive. The lacquer is a polyester lacquer.
