Abstract (en)
The contact spring (1) has a connecting part (2) for an electrical conductor and a contact part (3) with a spring arm base (4) with spring arms (9,10) extending from it to make contact with a plug contact. At least one spring arm has a protrusion towards the other spring arm in the contact zone (13) for pre-opening. A dome (18) is pressed into a spring arm in the region of at least one longitudinal edge (14) and without material separation to form the pre-opening protrusion. For a two-arm design both arms can have a dome formed at least on the same longitudinal edge.

Zur Kontaktvoröffnung zweier Federschenkel (9, 10) einer Kontaktfeder (1) ist mindestens ein Federschenkel in der Kontaktzone (13) im Bereich mindestens einer Längskante (14) mit einer Kuppe (18) als auf den anderen Federschenkel (10) gerichteter Vorsprung versehen, wobei die Kuppe (18) ohne Materialdurchtrennung durch Einprägen gebildet ist, so daß keine freien, korrosionsanfälligen Schnittkanten entstehen und eine Beeinträchtigung der Einführung eines Steckkontaktes durch schiefstehende Kontaktvoräffnungs-Abstandselemente verhindert wird. <IMAGE>
