Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0767105A1] The two ends of the tube are folded to form a cross-bottomed base (11) for the sack (10). The short narrow sides (16,17) of the cross-bottomed base are formed by two corner tucks folded towards each other. A valve reinforcement sheet is positioned near the corner tuck forming a filler valve (13). The two long sides (18,19) of the cross-bottom are produced by two side flaps folded over the rectangular, air-permeable filter sheet integrated into the cross bottom. The two narrow ends of the filter sheet only are stuck down . The intermediate lengthwise edge parts of the filter sheet are stapled down. a cover sheet has gaps in and is stuck along the edges. Air outlets are formed at the gaps. An air chamber for the outwardly expelled air during filling of the sack is positioned between the central area of the cover sheet and the filter sheet.
