Abstract (en)
For the dry cleaning of textile materials, the hydrocarbon solvent concentration is measured continuously during the cleaning process, for the max. concentration and temp, and the values are processed in a computer. The hot air feed is controlled according to the concentration as a guide value and the temp. along a characteristic of the concentration. The concentration is controlled to keep it below the lower explosion threshold under all conditions, and especially at 75%. Also claimed is an assembly with an infra-red measurement unit for the concentration, directly at the drum outlet, for a continuous measurement of the concentration until the end of the drying action. A temp. monitor is at the same location. An internal machine computer control gives memory programmed signals, as control signals for the hot air feed. The drying control is a fuzzy logic control system.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verfahren zum Trockenreinigen von Textilien, die mit Lösemittel gewaschen und mit Warmluft getrocknet werden, wobei das Lösemittel nach Kondensation rückgewonnen wird und zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß die Lösungsmittelkonzentration am Ort höchster Konzentration und die Temperatur kontinuierlich über den gesamten Trocknungsverlauf gemessen werden und die Werte in einem Computer verarbeitet werden und abhängig von der Zuordnung von Konzentration als Leitwert und Temperatur längs einer Kennlinie die Konzentration der Warmluftzufuhr gesteuert wird. <IMAGE>
