[origin: EP0768125A1] The guide arrangement is used on rolling stands with four or more rolls, in which the bending blocks for the roll bearing units are guided on cylinder bars whose ends are connected directly or indirectly to the frame of the rolling stand. It is characterized by the fact that the two ends of the cylinder bars (19) are mounted axially slidable in the rolling stand windows (7). One of the cylinder bars (19) longitudinally slidable in one of the bending blocks (8) is rigidly attached to the other block (10), while the other cylinder bar longitudinally slidable in the block (10) is rigidly attached to the block (8).
