Abstract (en)
The equipment to seal filled bags has workstations (5-7) positioned parallel to the conveyor. They are moved by drives (8-10) parallel to the direction of movement and returned against the direction of conveyor travel, while the conveyor moves continuously on one direction. Each workstation has a separate drive, and the sealing units move on a sliding guide (15). The leading station (5) has a welding unit (26) with welding pads (27) moving against each other. The second station (6) folds over (29) the sealed flap and secures it while attaching a label. A sensor (36) registers the filled level in the bags (2,3).

Bei einer Verschließvorrichtung 1 für offene, gefüllte Beutel 2, 3 werden die Beutel 2, 3 mittels einer kontinuierlich umlaufenden Transporteinrichtung 4 Bearbeitungsstationen 5, 6, 7 zum Verschließen der Beutel 2, 3 zugeführt. Die Bearbeitungsstationen 5, 6, 7 sind parallel zur Transporteinrichtung 4 mittels mindestens eines Antriebs 8, 9, 10, 50, 51 verschiebbar und entgegen der Transporteinrichtung rückstellbar. Durch die streckenweise mit der Transporteinrichtung 4 mitlaufenden Bearbeitungsstationen 5, 6, 7 wird eine höhere Verpackungsgeschwindigkeit erreicht. <IMAGE>
