Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0768417A1] Sequins (3) are fed to an embroidery and/or sewing machine by a pusher finger (6) which gives a stepwise motion to a sequin tape (2) fed from the side to a stitching position. The finger (6) has a reciprocating motion and is fitted with an entrainment device which enters a hole (4) in the sequin (3). The pusher finger (6) is at least partially elastic, esp. a leaf spring, and presses the sequin tape (2) against a pressure plate (8).
