Abstract (en)
The roller door or grille is designed to roll up round a shaft (1) set horizontally above the doorway when raised. It is equipped with a balancing spring to take the weight of the door/grille. A safety mechanism prevents it from falling in the event of the balancing spring breaking. The safety mechanism is positioned between the shaft and the balancing spring. A spring-loaded catch (60) flies outwards if the balancing spring breaks, engaging with a horizontal member of the door/grille and preventing it from dropping suddenly. The catch is held in its passive position by a retaining peg (63) on a moving hub (53). It is also connected to the hub by a spring (65). In the event of the balancing spring breaking the hub, it is moved by the spring (65), releasing the catch so that it instantly stops the door/grille.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de fermeture à enroulement à axe fixe et ressort d'équilibrage, comportant un dispositif de verrouillage (50) pour empêcher la chute accidentelle du rideau (4) de la fermeture, par exemple en cas de rupture d'un ressort d'équilibrage (3). Dans une forme de realisation, le dispositif de verrouillage (50) est intégré dans une bobine (2) et comporte un moyeu fixe (52) solidaire de l'axe fixe (1), un moyeu mobile (53) couplé à l'extrémité intérieure du ressort d'équilibrage (3) et un cliquet (60) monté pivotant sur le moyeu fixe. Les moyeux sont distants d'un jeu angulaire α. Le cliquet (60) est maintenu en position passive par un doigt de retenue (63) solidaire du moyeu mobile (53). Il est également couplé au moyeu mobile par un ressort (65). En cas de rupture du ressort d'équilibrage (3), le moyeu mobile (53) se déplace sous l'action du ressort (65), libère le cliquet (60) qui s'engage entre deux barrettes transversales (8) arrêtant instantanément la bobine (2) et la chute du rideau (4). Ce dispositif de verrouillage est utilisable dans toutes les fermetures à enroulement au moment de leur fabrication. D'autres variantes sont prévues pour équiper les fermetures in situ dans le cadre des mises en conformité. <IMAGE>
