[origin: EP0769598A1] The lock (10) has a rotor (16) which rotates in an intermediate stator (14) which also rotates in the lock fixed body (12). Locking parts (66), such as piston pairs, engaging the rotor and the intermediate stator cause them to rotate together in the absence of a key and free the rotor from the stator after introduction of a key. An angular indexing roller (76) which indexes the intermediate stator relative to the body is installed radially between indexing and retracted positions. In the indexing position the indexing roller is received in a notch (74) in the body. In the retracted position it is moved radially inwards against a return spring (114). An outlet part (18,44) rotates in the body and rotates with the rotor by means of de-clutchable drives (100,102). Declutching of these drives is caused by the indexing part when it is in the retracted position. The indexing part also immobilises the outlet part relative to the lock body when it is retracted.
