An electronic system for transferring to surveillance stations (U, 20) audio and/or video signals originating from the premises of a monitored dwelling (S, S'), comprising at least one electronic control unit (C) for signal transmission to be installed in the monitored environment (S, S'), possibly at least one peripheral electronic device (P) to be installed in monitored environments close to that in which said electronic control unit (C) is installed, and at least one electronic signal reception apparatus (R, 11) installed at the surveillance station (U, U').
