The mattress support, to give a common support in conjunction with other units, has a longitudinal laying surface (1) at the carrier body (2). Also claimed is an assembly of mattress supports where, at the shoulder area, the supports are parallel to the longitudinal axis of the mattress. At the hip area, the supports are aligned across the mattress axis.

Eine Untermatratze mit mehreren im wesentlichen parallel zueinander angeordneten, elastisch biegsamen Latten zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß im Hüftbereich (3) quer zur Längsrichtung der Untermatratze verlaufende elastisch biegsame Latten (2) angeordnet sind, und daß im Schulterbereich (7) mehrere Federelemente (8, 11, 13) vorhanden sind, die so angeordnet sind, daß quer zur Längsrichtung der Untermatratze im wesentlichen voneinander unabhängige Federelemente (8, 11, 13) aufeinanderfolgen. <IMAGE>
