Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0770479A1] With the free end area of the ink blade having several slots for zonal division, a corresponding number of individual blades is formed. The contact zones of the individual blades (10) with the ink duct roller are provided with a hard material coating (12) arranged on a basic body (13) of the ink blade. The hard material coating is of ceramic with bending properties. It can be of titanium dioxide or of aluminium trioxide. It is fitted on an intermediate layer, particularly of nickel chrome, which is located between the basic body and the hard material coating. The contact zone of each individual blade is formed as an inclined surface (5) at the free end area (4) of the ink blade (1).
