Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0770939A1] A movement case (50) has an upper lip (56) and dial (52) and is housed within a rectangular watch box (2). The internal walls of the watch box which are parallel to the 12 hours and 6 hours axis are profiled (23,24) and also have a stop lip (28). The watch box (2) is elastically deformable and the movement case (50) is entered by placing one upper lip (56) in contact with the upper surface (40) of the box profiles (23) and then exerting pressure on the other side such that it's lip slips over the opposite profile (24) and there is positive location against the stops (28).
