Abstract (en)
The printed products (4) are conveyed astride a saddle-like support (2) on the conveyor (3), e.g. for stapling, and spaced on it by flights. They are removed from the conveyor by a controllable clamp (7) under which the conveyor runs tangentially to allow the device to grasp a fold (9) or open side of the product. Preferably, the clamp has a carrier (11), rotating about a drive axle (6) and carrying mounting bodies (10) on which tongs (8) are positioned. A gear unit (13) is driven by rotation of the carrier and rotates the mounting body about the same angle as the rotation of the carrier but in the opposite direction, through an intermediate gear (15).

Zur Entnahme von auf einer sattelförmigen Auflage (2) einer Fördereinrichtung (3) durch umlaufende Mitnehmer (5) rittlings transportierten Druckprodukten (4), ist oberhalb der Fördereinrichtung (3) eine rotierend angetriebene Klemmvorrichtung (7) angeordnet, die die Druckprodukte (4) an der Fördereinrichtung (3) erfasst und lagestabil abhebt. <IMAGE>
