Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0771924A1] The window has two opening panels, each with a glazed section (80) which is rectangular in shape and fitted inside a frame made especially from metal profiles (40,50) and having a central upright which engages with that of the adjacent panel when the window is closed. The central uprights (1,2) of the two opening panels have hollow members (41,51) which overlap when the window is closed. A second flat member (130) on the opposite side of the opening panels overlaps the frame for the same width. Both overlapping members of the window are equipped with seals (54,133,134).
