Abstract (en)
[origin: WO9600076A1] A product containing respective enantiomers of an oxazophosphorine, each substantially free of the other, as a combined preparation for separate, simultaneous or sequential use in anti-tumour therapy. The active component may be ifosfamide. Levoifosfamide is preferred for single drug therapy, owing to its more rapid metabolism.
