[origin: WO9634822A1] A closure member for crown caps with a closure cone (12) and an ejector (13) that enters the longitudinal bore (10) of the closure cone (12) has a spy hole (16) linking the bore (10) with the outside thereof and having an opening angle (Y) of at least 180 DEG sized so that the ejector (13) lies entirely within the spy hole (16). The thus designed large spy hole allows optimum access to the particularly critical areas of the closure member for control, cleaning, disinfection and other purposes.
