[origin: WO9637704A1] The invention pertains to a machine (pump or motor) based on an internally geared wheel, with: an externally geared pinion; an internally geared wheel which revolves with the pinion; and a half-sickle-shaped filler element between the pinion and internally geared wheel. The filler element comprises a radially inner segment which co-operates with the tips of the pinion teeth to form a seal, and a radially outer segment which co-operates with the tips of the teeth of the internally geared wheel so as to form a seal. A stopping pin is provided and has a stop surface on which the head faces of the two segments are supported. The invention is characterised in that the stopping pin is locked against rotation.
