Abstract (en)
The bottle closure has a spring-loaded closure section (V) fitted in the bottle neck. An elastic sealing element (D) is combined with a tensioning element (S) with a surface (SF) which acts against the sealing element to press it into contact with the bottle opening. The sealing element and the tensioning element are each formed via injection moulding. The former is made of a thermoplastics elastomer and the latter is made of an elastically-deformable thermo or duroplastics material.

An einem wiederverwendbaren Flaschenverschluß ist das federbelastbare Verschlußteil (V) als Verbundelement ausgeführt, bei dem ein elastisches Dichtstück (D) stoffschlüssig mit einem wenig verformbaren Spannstück (S) verbunden ist; beide bestehen aus einem spritzfähigen Kunststoff und können mit einem Spritzwerkzeug in einem Zuge angefertigt werden. <IMAGE>
