Abstract (en)
The apparatus for processing fibre materials with a high consistency, such as used paper, has at least two neighbouring teeth (3, 3', 4, 4') in a row structured together so that the gap (5) between them forms an enclosed cross-section to allow a radial flow through it. Also claimed is an assembly with a housing fitted with at least one inflow opening and one outflow opening, shrouding the apparatus (1, 2) to process the material. At the feed, a unit forms the material into a plug to be advanced between the moving toothed sections (12).
Abstract (de)
Die Vorrichtung zur mechanischen Behandlung von hochkonsistentem Faserstoff wird vorzugsweise zur Dispergierung von Altpapier verwendet. Die Funktion dieser Vorrichtung beruht im wesentlichen darauf, daß Behandlungswerkzeuge (1) mit Zähnen (3) versehen sind und in dichtem Abstand aneinander vorbeibewegt werden, wobei der sich dazwischen befindliche Faserstoff hohen Scherkräften ausgesetzt ist. Wegen der großen Belastung der Zähne werden diese erfindungsgemäß zu Gruppen zusammengefaßt, indem die Zähne (3) durch Stege (8) zumindest teilweise verbunden sind. Dadurch wird eine höhere Festigkeit erzielt und gleichzeitig eine große Durchtrittsfläche für den zu behandelnden Stoff. <IMAGE>
