Abstract (en)
The headlamp has a light bulb (20), a mirror (10) and front glass (30). The mirror (10) being designed to generate by itself a beam with a cut defined by a horizontal half-cut (hH) and a half-cut (Hc) drawn at a given angle with respect to the horizontal. The two half-cuts meet at a central axis. The mirror has two zones (12a,12b) separated by two transition half planes (P1,P2) passing near to the light source (20), these two zones generate the parts of the beam respectively delimited by a horizontal cut enclosing the horizontal half-cut and an inclined cut enclosing the raised half-cut. At least one of the two transition half planes extends essentially vertically. The first zone (12a) of the mirror is formed by a surface generating a part of the shifted beam from the side of the horizontal half-cut (hH) with respect to the central axis. The second zone (12b) of the mirror consists of a surface generating a part of the beam shifted from the raised half-cut (Hc) with respect to the central axis.

Un projecteur de véhicule automobile comprend une source lumineuse (20), telle qu'un filament incandescent, émettant librement, un miroir (10; 10') et une glace (30). Le miroir engendre par lui-même un faisceau délimité par une coupure définie par une demi-coupure horizontale (hH) et une demi-coupure (Hc) relevée par rapport à l'horizontale, et les deux demi-coupure se raccordent au niveau d'un axe central. Le miroir est constitué par deux zones (12a, 12b; 12a', 12b') séparées par deux demi-plans de transition (P1, P2; P1', P2') passant au voisinage de la source, et les deux zones engendrant des parties de faisceau délimitées respectivement par une coupure horizontale englobant ladite demi-coupure horizontale et par une coupure inclinée englobant ladite demi-coupure relevée. Selon l'invention, au moins l'un des deux demi-plans de transition s'étend essentiellement verticalement, la première zone (12a; 12a') du miroir est constituée par une surface engendrant une partie de faisceau décalée du côté de la demi-coupure horizontale (hH) par rapport audit axe central, et la seconde zone (12b; 12b') du miroir est constituée par une surface engendrant une partie de faisceau décalée du côté de la demi-coupure relevée (Hc) par rapport audit axe central. <IMAGE>
