[origin: CA2196535A1] A charge card is described which is preferably made with precious metal with upper and lower surfaces. The precious metal layers are adhered to the plastic sandwiched material by means of an epoxy resin formulation which is specially adapted to provide the required adhesion of precious metal layers to the plastic layers. A coating for the charge card is also described.
