The device has a system chamber and a separate cool chamber which is cooled by an evaporation device subject to defrosting from time to time, for cooling drinks in containers which can be removed via a tap point. Drops falling from the tap are collected in a container beneath the tap point. Melt water generated during the defrosting of the evaporation device (12), is collected and fed to the collection container (25). A collection channel (14) beneath the evaporation device collects the melt water, which is fed from the channel to the collection container. The end of the evaporation device protrudes into the collection channel.

Bei einem Kältegerät (10) mit einem Aggregateraum (28) und wenigstens einem davon wärmeisolierten, zur Aufnahme von Lagergut dienenden Lagerraum (22), welcher von einem wärmeisolierenden Gehäuse (11) umgeben ist und welcher von einem in einem Kältekreis mit einem Verdichter liegenden Verdampfer (23) gekühlt ist, ist das wärmeisolierende Gehäuse (11) aus vorgeformten, wenistens annähernd ihre endgültige Geometrie aufweisenden Gehäusemodulen (12,13,18) lösbar zusammengefügt. <IMAGE>
