[origin: WO9605029A1] The invention concerns a cutter intended to cut, in particular, a continuous web of paper (30), the cutting element of the cutter being a ring-shaped blade (1) which rotates in one direction (34) and is disposed at right angles to the direction of advance (32) of the web (30) to trim the edge of the web.
